1. General commitment
All proposed services are subject to applicable law, regulatory requirements, sanctions restrictions, bank and mobile financial service rules, contractual permissions and risk controls. This page states general expectations and is not legal advice or a licence.
2. Due diligence and authorization
A prospective partner may be asked to provide reliable information about identity, ownership, business authority, source and purpose of funds, account permissions, operating capacity and relevant policies. Information must be current, accurate and capable of verification.
3. Accounts and wallets
Only accounts and wallets that are lawfully controlled, properly authorized and permitted for the proposed activity may be considered. Borrowed, rented, stolen, anonymous, deceptively obtained or third-party credentials must not be supplied.
4. Prohibited activity
- Fraud, theft, deception, money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Sanctions evasion, concealment of beneficial ownership or falsification of records.
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, SIM or account misuse.
- Transactions prohibited by applicable law or by the relevant bank, MFS provider or payment network.
- Misleading transaction descriptions, artificial traffic or attempts to avoid monitoring and limits.
5. Monitoring and records
Where a formal relationship is approved, reasonable transaction records, reconciliation data and supporting information may be required. Activity may be reviewed for fraud, abnormal patterns, policy breaches and operational risk, subject to the final written agreement and applicable law.
6. Suspicious activity and suspension
An enquiry or operating relationship may be paused, rejected or ended where information is incomplete, cannot be verified, appears inconsistent, creates unacceptable risk or may breach applicable requirements. Relevant records may be preserved or disclosed where legally required.
7. Security expectations
Partners should use strong access controls, secure devices, restricted administrator permissions and appropriate incident reporting. PassPay contacts will never need a PIN, OTP, password, recovery phrase or secret authentication code to conduct an initial eligibility review.
8. Ongoing responsibility
Approval, if granted, is conditional and may be reviewed as circumstances change. Each partner remains responsible for its own legal, tax, regulatory and provider obligations and for notifying authorized representatives of material changes.
If a request appears suspicious, stop the interaction and verify the contact through the official channel listed on this website.
